There is no account to delete, and nothing of yours is held by the developer. Food Tracker has no sign-in and no server: everything you record stays on your device, so deleting it is something you do yourself, immediately, without asking anyone's permission or waiting for a request to be processed. This page explains exactly how, and what remains afterwards.
Meals, foods, weight entries, activities, pantry items and every other record can be deleted from their own list inside the app. The meal, water, weight and activity lists also have a "delete older than" button that removes everything before a date you choose.
Be aware of what this does: removing a record takes it out of the app, but the app's data file is not rewritten byte by byte, so the entry may still exist inside that file on your device until the file itself is deleted. To erase everything rather than hide it, use one of the next two sections.
FoodTrackerSave_*.json files in it, or the folder itself, using your file manager.Backups, exports, shared plans and progress reports are files you asked the app to create, and they live wherever you sent them — a folder on your device, a folder synchronised by a cloud service, your own Google Drive, your own iCloud, or a message you shared them through. They are not removed by uninstalling the app, because the app does not control them. Delete them in the same place you put them.
If you connected the app to your own Google Drive, you can also revoke its access entirely from your Google account's security settings, which prevents any further backup being written.
If you configured a key for the AI photo scanner, it is held in your device's secure keystore. Clear it from Options → AI scanner, or uninstall the app.
The advertising banner is served by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising identifier. That identifier belongs to your device and to Google rather than to Food Tracker, so the app cannot delete it. You can delete or reset it from your Android settings (Settings → Google → All services → Ads), review your choices from Options → Manage ads consent in the app, or remove the banner and its data collection entirely with the one-time in-app purchase.
Nothing, by the developer. There is no server, no account, no analytics and no backup of your data anywhere outside the places you chose, so there is no retention period to state and no request to make. Data you deleted is gone as soon as you delete the file holding it; data you placed in a folder or a cloud service of your own is retained for as long as you keep it there, under that service's terms.
